Working with Family Law Professionals
FairPlay supports court-involved families within a neutral, clearly defined role. We coordinate parenting time with parents, attorneys, guardians ad litem, and other involved professionals without becoming a treatment provider, evaluator, or advocate for either parent.
FairPlay helps parents establish workable schedules and locations, understand the service plan, and prepare children for supported parenting time.
FairPlay may coordinate service logistics and provide objective factual documentation within the defined service protocol. Supervisors do not replace the GAL and do not provide custody evaluations or recommendations.
When legally required, FairPlay submits responsive records directly to the court in accordance with the applicable process.
Professional Referral Intake
Attorneys, GALs, and parent coordinators may refer a family by providing the case details, docket information, and relevant court order or written agreement. Each parent completes a separate questionnaire for FairPlay to review service fit, availability, and location.
The questionnaire is not the intake. Once FairPlay confirms service fit, all parties agree to proceed, and the intake fee is received, each parent must contact FairPlay directly to arrange a separate one-hour telephone intake. Services cannot begin until both intakes and planning are complete.
