FAIRPLAY

Parenting Education

Creating an Environment for Healthy Parent-Child Relationships

FairPlay Parenting Education provides professional Supervised Parenting Time, Accompanied Parenting Time, Supervised Exchanges, Parent Education, and real-time Parenting Coaching in community settings and, when appropriate, in homes throughout Massachusetts.

Our purpose is to create a safe, structured, predictable, and professionally neutral environment where children and parents can spend meaningful time together.

FairPlay works with families experiencing high conflict, separation, estrangement, disrupted parent-child relationships, safety concerns, and other circumstances in which additional structure and professional support may help create the conditions for healthy reunification, rebuilding trust, and strengthening the parent-child relationship.

FairPlay is not an investigative or evaluative service. Our supervisors are not present to serve as the “eyes and ears of the Court.” We provide a workable professional framework that allows the focus to remain where it belongs: on the child and the parent-child relationship.

Our Commitment

A Neutral Space for Every Child

FairPlay provides focused, third party supervised parenting time and exchanges. The child’s safety, comfort, and opportunity for meaningful time with a parent guide each service plan.

01

Neutral Support

We do not advocate for either party. A FairPlay supervisor provides a calm, neutral presence that supports the child and both parents while remaining within a clearly defined role.

02

Professional Coordination

Planning reflects the court order or written agreement and, when applicable, coordination with attorneys, GALs, parent coordinators, or treatment providers.

03

Child Centered Planning

The child’s age, needs, routines, interests, and comfort inform the visit plan and the level of support provided.

  • Court order and case document review
  • Individualized planning for each family
  • Supportive, child centered parenting time
  • Clear expectations for everyone involved
  • Coordination with attorneys, GALs, and families
  • Real-time parenting coaching when appropriate
  • One consistent service standard without tiered supervision or add-on programs
Before Scheduling
